BUILDING A HYPER-EFFICIENT NYC

Local Law 31, which requires that new municipal buildings use 50 percent less energy, is expected to have a ripple effect across the city, driving change in the private sector. To assist New York City's professional community as they work to meet new market demands, AIA New York and Urban Green Council have partnered to offer a series of workshops on the design of hyper-efficient buildings.

Check out this week's blog for more information on the course and a recap of the first workshop, which brought together experts from various countries and design backgrounds.
