    At the request of the NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Urban Green Council and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) are convening a stakeholder group to review how DEP may best comply with a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit issued to the City of New York. DEP seeks input from the development community on a stormwater management program in order to comply with the MS4 permit while minimizing burdens on owners and builders.
