Multifamily buildings are the most common building type covered under Local Law 97, New York City’s carbon cap for buildings. Many of these are co-ops and condos that will see financial savings and improvement of occupant comfort from energy retrofit projects.

On March 6, join Urban Green and NYC Accelerator for a broad overview of local building energy laws and how they apply to co-ops and condos. We’ll share resources to help with your energy retrofit projects from start to finish.
