Dick has over 45 years of experience in the design and application of commercial air-conditioning equipment and controls with expertise in systems, fluids, refrigerants, heat transfer, heat-exchanger design, software, diagnostics, commercial efficiency, and building standards. He has 63 patents and is very active in the development of industry standards in both ASHRAE and the Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI). He is also Co Vice-Chair of ASHRAE Project Committee 90.1, Energy Standard for Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings.
Doug Tucker
Director of Industry and Government Relations, Mitsubishi Electric
Doug Tucker is the Director of Industry and Government Relations at Mitsubishi Electric US (MEUS) in Suwanee, Georgia. In this role he represents the interests of MEUS with federal, state and local governmental organizations, with industry trade groups and regulatory bodies, and with energy efficiency advocacy groups. He is a 35-year veteran in the fields of standards development, conformity assessment, and regulatory policy of HVAC&R equipment.

John Sheff earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & Communications from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004 and a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Marketing Strategy from The Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland – College Park in 2014. John was Director of Public and Industry Affairs for Danfoss, but joined Turntide Technologies in 2022.

Stephen “Steve” Kujak is the director of Next Generation Refrigerants Research for Ingersoll Rand. Over the past 27 years, he has led and been involved in numerous technology and product development projects involving development of new refrigerants, lubricants and compatibility of system materials. Steve has been an author or co-author on 30+ publications related to refrigerants and has 12 patents related to HVAC products.
