Local Law 97—NYC’s groundbreaking building emissions law—is now in effect. As of January 2024, covered buildings are responsible for their annual carbon emissions.
On April 24, join Urban Green Council and New York League of Conservation Voters Education Fund for a conversation on the nuts and bolts of the law, navigating recent LL97 rules, and financing opportunities for covered building owners to undertake the work needed to be done to comply with the law.
