LL97 Offsets: The Affordable Housing Reinvestment Fund

On April 8, we unpacked the details of LL97 offsets and the Affordable Housing Reinvestment Fund with the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB), NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD), and the New York City Energy Efficiency Corporation (NYCEEC).

The offsets that may be used for LL97 compliance are generated by the New York City Affordable Housing Reinvestment Fund (AHRF), a fund established by DOB and HPD and administered by NYCEEC. AHRF offsets are the only offsets eligible for LL97 compliance.

Learn about the nuts and bolts of LL97 offsets and the Affordable Housing Reinvestment Fund, including how and when owners can purchase offsets, at this webinar with the NYC DOB, HPD, and NYCEEC.
